A resolution authorizing Greenville County’s continued Cooperative Agreement with the cities of Fountain Inn, Greer, Mauldin, Simpsonville and Travelers Rest; and to appoint the Greenville County Redevelopment Authority as the County’s agent for the purpose of administering any grant funds received as a result of said agreement.

  • Councilor Baldwin requested having a committee look into the matter spoken to by Ms. Keller regarding chickens, to determine if the ordinance she is being prosecuted under is a fair ordinance.

 

  • Councilor Seman stated the US Forest Service Modular Aerial Fire Fighting System teams will conduct their training at SCTAC May 6-10. MAFFS is a self-contained reusable 3000 gallon arterial fluid disbursal system that allows Lockheed’s C130 cargo and utility aircraft to be converted into wild land fire fighting air tankers.  She encouraged her colleagues to come out and watch the impressive demonstration they would be giving during their training exercises.
